New shop in town offers “Selfiecinno” coffee

CARBONDALE, Colo. — Starbucks has nothing on the town of Carbondale.
The latest coffee shop to open up now has two popular features — cappuccino and selfies.
That’s right. You can get a picture of your face printed right on the cream of your coffee.
Called the “Selfiecinno,” all you have to do is send a picture of yourself to the cafe’s app, which will then print it onto the foam using flavorless food coloring.
“It’s the ultimate in narcissism,” the cafe manager boasted. “To look at your face and then drink it, too…what better way to start the day?”
You can also post it on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and totally promote your foamy face.
The Selfiecinno is also gaining popularity across the country, although Carbondale is proud to be the first one in Garfield County to offer the feature.
“Our newly arrived residents think pretty highly of themselves, so this ought to be quite popular,” the city manager said with a smile.
But the one thing you mustn’t forget — after admiring yourself on the foam, you’re actually supposed to drink the coffee…
