Rifle, Colo.— It kind of sounds like “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” but some investors from Rifle are planning their own version of the fairy tale.

SILT, Colo — While town residents protested a statue of a naked man climbing a rock in the roundabout in the center of town several years ago, town officials have now decided to replace it with a 100-foot statue of a naked woman.

RIFLE, CO — They’re not going to flog dead horses in Rifle, but they are going to flog people engaging in illegal or annoying behavior.
