A New York woman reportedly shot and killed her boyfriend after he allegedly played an April Fool’s joke on her, asking for her hand in marriage.
The 31-year-old woman is now facing first degree murder charges after shooting killing her boyfriend of three years in the chest.
According to reports, the man got on his knees and proposed, only to open the ring box and reveal the words, “April Fools” with not ring inside. The woman then immediately grabbed a firearm and shot him once in the chest, killing him instantly.
